One morning post at the office before starting my activity is equal to one cup of hot tea in the early morning ;), is it not? (just heard NOOO in my head)
I’ll get a cup of tea later on.
Talking about being optimistic or pessimistic. I can be both. Naturally I’m an optimist, although depends on time, I usually become a pessimist when the clock shows 11.00 pm and above. I think because it’s usually a time where I humble myself and recall what I’ve done today, reconsider the effect of my doing today, etc etc. in short, it’s my meditation time. But sometimes the ‘humble’ness mood turn into ‘pessimist’ mood, and it starts generating pessimist thought like “what if I can’t do it, what if it doesn’t happen. Lalala lilili, and so on”.
And when it happens, it’s time to tell all of our anxieties to God, to your friend, to your blog, whatever.
but no worries, because strangely, those thought are always gone when morning arrives and one good night sleep. It’s because I regain my power of imagination back through a nice breakfast. :D
In conclusion, to be an optimist, eat well, sleep well, stay healthy.
